I spent the first 18 years of my career with two national retailers, expanding markets throughout the East coast and leading operations of up to $750M.
Then, everything changed...
I met Jesus later in life and when that happens, everything changes. I retired from the retail life and joined the staff of the church where I met Jesus. I spent the first two years in biblical training then worked with a team to plant a church just outside of Columbus, Ohio - because the local church is God's plan to change the world, one community at a time. We were able to grow the campus to 700+ in attendance, build out our first facility, add staff members, and launch a number of new ministry initiatives.
Then my wife and I moved to Kentucky where I was able to partner with two local churches to help them build out their ministries and launch campuses of their own in neighboring cities.
Since then I have been able to provide Executive Leadership to a church of 2,500 just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio and one of almost 5,000 in the Phoenix, Arizona area, providing leadership for all aspects of ministry, operations, HR, finance, growth, and expansion.

As the Executive Pastor, I recruited, hired, and supervised a team of six Executive Leaders who oversaw all aspects of ministry including the weekend experience.
